How to start a return: email us at support@coolnest.com with your order number and we will reply with return instructions.

Condition: items should be clean and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept heavily soiled items unless they arrived faulty.

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
